Good Product BUT AVOID CAMSDIGITAL!!, April 9, 2011 By THE REAL REVIEW "Only 100% truthful Reviews" (I'm right here on Earth) - See all my reviews This review is from: Aerobed Gentle Dreams Elevated Air Bed - Queen (Electronics) CAMS DIGITAL has this product listed for $2_9_9.00(Two hundred ninety nine dollars). I attempted to contact CAMSDIGITAL NUMEROUS TIMES with a VERY SIMPLE QUESTION about this product. I've contacted them everyday for the past week or so. It says under their profile that they have great Customer Service and respond to ALL emails 24/7.
They have not responded a single time!! Not once..NADA...Zilch!! I even contacted them asking why they claim to have great CS by replying to customers 24/7 when that is obviously not true since they ignored my simple question I asked numerous times...They did not even reply explaining why they did not reply!!
So, they have this product listed for sale but refuse to answer any questions, which I consider to be AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is just an air mattress. What if you were buying a really expensive piece of electronics from them? Do you really want to buy ANYTHING from a company who does not respond back to their customers... Read more
