This is just so comfortable, I adore it! I was concerned that at the price it might not be that great, but I am truly amazed. Very nice, easy to set up, and a great nights sleep.

I had wanted to send a mattress to WA state for my daughter in college. I had gotten her an air mattress, but that product didn't last long at all. Thought that I could just order one from 1-800-MATTRES, but found that they don't deliver to Olympia. This company offered a full sized mattress at a reasonable price, with FREE Shipping. Who could beat that? Plus, my daughter lives on the 4th floor of an apartment building, and they delivered it there, in a fairly short amount of time. She says it's really comfortable, so I'll have to take her word for that, so overall, a great first experience with this company. Didn't have to deal with customer service, so I don't know how they are, but I would definitely use them again.

I was a little nervous ordering a whole mattress off Amazon and having it shipped to me. I did not know what to expect!
Let me tell you - when it arrived I was stunned, then I was even more nervous, then I was pleasantly surprised. The box it comes in does not appear as if it will hold a crib mattress, let alone one for a full size bed.
However - it is vacuum packed and rolled. And the instructions for releasing it couldn't be clearer. Put it on the bed first, cut the packaging, watch it unroll.
After that - I was nervous that the quality of the mattress would be less than stellar. Couldn't have been more wrong! We've all slept on this mattress at one time or another. Guests have slept on it as well. No complaints - this is a firm, but comfortable mattress!
We're very happy with this purchase - and the free shipping didn't hurt either!
